Benton Utilities recently transitioned to a new third party merchant processor (Invoice Cloud) in order to take electronic payments from our customers.  While the process has not been pain-free or perfect, we are excited about the opportunities Invoice Cloud gives us to better serve our customers.  One of those enhancements includes our ability to now take payment by debit or credit card in our lobby.  Customers have been requesting this feature for a while and we are happy to announce that we have the card reader devices installed in our office and we have just begun utilizing them!  Please feel free to reach out to us should you have any questions.
