Benton Utilities Water Distribution Crew is on site where a 12" water main has ruptured on Highway 5 South (Old Hot Springs Highway) near Leigh St. at the creek.  Crews are working in an attempt to isolate the outage and get as many people back on as possible.  However, they will not be able to restore pressure to everyone.  Those effected can expect little to no pressure for the length of time it takes to make the necessary repairs, and the current estimated time is 6-8 hours.  Those customers who remain off this length of time should expect to be under a boil order, when pressure is restored.
