Benton Utilities will complete the final phase of its server upgrade on Tuesday evening, continuing into Wednesday morning. During this process, services will be migrated to a new server environment. Once the system load has been balanced across the new hosts, the upgrade will be complete.

This work will be performed after normal business hours to minimize disruption to our customers. However, online bill payment services may be temporarily unavailable during the upgrade.
