Benton Utilities Water Crew is on-site where a water main has ruptured on Alcoa Rd. The crew is working to isolate the issue right now and attempt to get as many customers water restored as possible. Customers who get water back will have reduced pressure. Those who remain off will be off for approx. 6-8 hours while the necessary repairs are made.

 

We are asking customers in our water service area to conserve water this evening while our system recovers from this rupture. This includes and not limited to Hurricane Lake Estates area, Spencer Crossing Subdivision area, Hurricane Meadows areas and all other areas especially in the Northwest parts of Benton. Please do not water your grass this evening and avoid any other unnecessary water usage
